CAMBRIDGE, ON., November 10, 2015 – Toyota announced today that it will produce RAV4 vehicles in its Cambridge North Assembly plant starting in 2019. With Lexus RX in Cambridge, and Toyota RAV4 in Woodstock and Cambridge, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada (TMMC) will become a North American hub for sport utility vehicles. Tokyo, Japan, May 13, 2015―Toyota Motor Corporation and Mazda Motor Corporation today entered an agreement to build a mutually beneficial long term partnership. By leveraging the resources of both companies to complement and enhance each other’s products and technologies, the partnership will result in more appealing cars that meet the diverse needs and tastes of customers all over the world.

Visitors to the Toyota booth at this year’s Canadian International Auto Show (CIAS) were able to experience how the notion of fun-to-drive has been redefined with the Toyota i-Road concept vehicle.
The i-Road – making its Canadian debut at the show – is a unique three-wheeler that combines the styling and manoeuvrability of a motorcycle with the protection and comfort of a small car.
